The aim this research was investigate prevalence nasal transmission S. among University community. A total 100 swab specimens were obtained from and analyzed standard laboratory techniques isolation identification. Questionnaires administered ascertain risk determinants associated with carriage aureus. Antibiotic susceptibility testing done disk diffusion method. Thirty-two found be carriers Majority females (63%), 30% had been certified safety handling. There however no significant association between distribution together established factors. Among isolates, 93.75% resistant penicillin, 50% gentamicin oxacillin. These findings indicate need training on safety, as well knowledge antibiotic resistance.
